Payment options. By picking up Your order in our office you can:

• pay by cash upon receipt of the order,
• make prepayment by bank card on the Internet (except for American Express),
• pay by bank transfer (only for legal entities).

 

2.  Post – delivery to the post office.

Your order will be delivered to the address of the post office specified in the order. You will receive the postal notice in your postbox.
Within 24 hours upon dispatch of the order, You will receive your parcel number (# tracking number) to your e-mail and SMS, by means of which You will be able to track the location of the parcel, as well as choose the parcel immediately without waiting for the postal notice by presenting the number of your parcel to the postal officer.

• pay by bank transfer (only for legal entities).

• The customer can receive the parcel at the post office only by presenting a document proving his identity.
• In order to calculate the cost of the postal delivery to your country You should:

3.  Express delivery - comfortable delivery to the specified address at the desired time on weekdays.

Your order will be delivered by VENIPAK parcel delivery service.
Express delivery is only valid on the territory of the Baltic States (Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia).

Within 24 hours upon dispatch of the order, You will receive your parcel number to your e-mail and SMS, by means of which You will be able to track the location of the order by calling VENIPAK parcel delivery service by phone in Latvia +371 6601 6601, in Lithuania +370 5 210 7717 and in Estonia 372 641 4481.

Payment options. By choosing postal delivery you can:

• pay by bank card on the Internet (except for American Express),
• pay by bank transfer (only for legal entities).

Additional Information:

• The parcel will be delivered to the customer’s doors at the previously agreed day and time. If at the time of delivery you are not at home, the courier will leave the notice in your postbox about the failed delivery. Within two weeks from the date of the first delivery, you will need to contact the VENIPAK courier in order to arrange re-delivery.
• You will have to show the courier the identification document in order to receive the parcel.
• Prior to acceptation of the goods and signature of the consignment, we ask You visually to evaluate the package of goods in the presence of the courier!
• In case of identification of the external damage to the packaging of the goods, the customer has the right not to accept the package, by drawing up a damage report together with the courier.
